When the festive season comes about it can be easy to feel guilty about everything you eat. But do you really need to worry? For years we've been told about calories being a measure of energy in food, but recently this has come into question. So Alex and Conor set out on a test of their own and ate a big Christmas dinner, and attempted to "burn off" the equivalent calories cycling!
